Presently, we have acquired 90 hectares of land however, Some plots were sold to our members to facilitate development, but we plan to build about of 20,000 apartments for sale to the public at affordable rates. The vision of the housing estate is that, it will be equipped with the state of the art equipment with inbuilt, cooking gas piped to all apartments, solar energy panels attached to all apartments, so that when we have power failure, we can still have power supply consistent power all day long.
We are open to new ideas to make it a unique place as we expect foreign investors for a partnership.We will sell the houses after building with attractive profit margin and flexible payment structure.
